One spirit day, at Wagner Elementary, we had a ¨Mustache Day¨. Many people wore a shirt, hat, tattoo, or a fake ¨Mustache¨ for ¨Mustache Day¨. ¨Mustache Day¨ was a crazy day because it was also the ¨Awards Assembly¨. At the beginning, our day started with some pictures for those of us who wore some sort of “Mustache” to school. Afterwards, we had to do our regular classwork. Following our classwork, we attended the “Awards Assembly”. I hope you liked my story.
Thanks for reading, Eden

At the third grade feast, the great moms and dads got everything ready for the feast. Our teacher was so kind enough to put on a movie during the feast. You won't believe the movie was bout the first Thanksgiving with Snoopy and Charlie Brown! We got up in rows and everybody tried to get some food that the kids in our class brought to share. We had food from all other the world. It was very delicious. After we ate, we cleaned up and then went to our regular lunch. Nobody was very hungry after enjoying the best third grade feast ever!
After reading the novel Molly's Pilgrim, my class and I made a pilgrim doll of their ancestor. The class had two weeks to complete the dolls. There were twenty-nine dolls in totals. We used old-fashioned clothespins to make the dolls. The dolls were made out of many different items like felt, velvet, wool, yarn, stickers, wood, hay, clothing, buttons, paint, paper, fabric, toys, and ink. When we were done we shared them with the class and put them on leaves and hung them on our class tree. We also gave an oral report of our ancestor. The oral reports were very interesting. In my opinion, Maddie's and Marcus' were the best ones. I hope you like them too. In the morning on November 13th, four athletes from Cal State Fullerton came to Mrs. Dunn's 3rd grade class. First, they took turns reading us a book (tale). They also talked about their college and how you get into to college. You need good grades to get into college. They are all on the volleyball team in college. They brought posters and crossword puzzles for us. It was a lot of fun.
On November 20th our class had an awards assembly. Anya received an award because she has amazing writing. Soomin received an award for amazing progress in English language. Graham received an award for great problem solving in math. And, Eden received an award for excellence in all academic areas. Those are all the excellent and amazing people in our class and have a wonderful day! Thank You Mrs. Lawrence for a wonderful door. First, when all the children left, wonderful Mrs. Lawrence came in and did the classroom door. The classroom was quiet and empty. Next, Mrs. Lawrence had colorful paper. She had blue, green, orange, yellow, and red paper. She wrote each student's name on a colorful light bulb. Finally, the next day when the children came they did not expect the Snoopy door. When they came in they all had smiles on their faces. And, that was how the Snoopy Door was created.
